TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION

1. Reservations and Payments

  • The reservation is confirmed only upon full (100%) payment.
     

  • Prices include taxes and cleaning.
     

  • Breakfast is available at an additional cost and is served in the room.
     

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance: 100% refund.
     

  • Cancellations made between 24 hours and 4 days in advance: 50% refund.
     

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or “no-show”: no refund will be issued.
     

  • In case of force majeure, the reservation may be rescheduled depending on availability.
     

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • We offer a collection of private suites with autonomous access. One day prior to your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions and access codes for check-in.

  • Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
     

  • Check-out: until 11:00 AM.
     

  • Late check-out is subject to availability and has an additional charge of $10 per hour.
     

4. Use of Facilities

  • Facilities are for the exclusive use of registered guests.
     

  • Parties, gatherings, or events are not allowed.
     

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
     

  • Each room has only one double bed and does not have space for a crib. In case of booking with a baby, parents accept to share the same bed with the child.
     

5. Rules of Conduct

  • Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
     

  • Smoking is not permitted in any area of the property.
     

  • Pets are not allowed.
     

6. Liability of the Establishment

  • The accommodation is not responsible for the loss of valuable personal belongings not stored in the safe.
     

  • The establishment assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of the facilities or from the use of substances that alter behavior or conduct.
     

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal information is used solely to manage the reservation and will not be shared with third parties without authorization.
     

8. Acceptance of Terms

  • By making a reservation, the guest declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
